Have you ever had food borne illness, aka, food poisoning? Who hasn't? It can come from a variety of mishandled foods, especially from mishandling your fresh catch. As fishermen, we should be concerned about food poisoning, from either bacterial or parasites. Both can be transmitted to us by way of our fresh catch. 

 

My new video is all about seafood safety. Learn the precautions you can take from the moment you catch your fish,  to the moment you plate it. Also learn how to protect yourself from bacteria and parasites. And, you'll also learn how to keep your kitchen clean, especially the cutting board, where bacteria love to grow.

 

This video is full of tips and tricks to stay safe from seafood borne illness. Learn what it takes to stay safe, then pass it along.
